What We Do

Aperture Natural Resources is a consulting firm committed to delivering the highest quality training for mine and tunnel rescue teams, as well as providing on-site services to assist with mine rescue trainings. 

 

To make arrangements for our services, please use the contact us form, email or call us.  We can design the services to meet your program's needs. We routinely work with the EMCIS Program at the Colorado School of Mines, providing assistance to their training activities and the creation of training material.  We are flexible generally with scheduling and course content, but we will not sacrifice the quality of our trainings for convenience. 

Observation, Evaluation and Advisory Services

Aperture Natural Resources is happy to provide an on-site observation, evaluation and advisory service for your program (mine, tunnel or other subterranean rescue).  We are willing and able to travel to your site, observe trainings, evaluate your team's performance and provide detailed advice to your organization.

Premade Training Materials

Custom Training Design

Abandoned Mine Hazard Awareness

Conducted in cooperation with the EMCIS Program at the Colorado School of Mines, this training is present to introduce fire departments and mountain rescue teams to the hazards that exist in the abandoned mine environment. This training covers an introduction to the hazardous environment, assessing the conditions present, determining the additional resources needed to respond, and a basic introduction to underground rescue techniques.
